I would be surprised if they don't. In some parts of France is common for the entire month of January, but maybe in the USA, it's the same as Rosca de Reyes, and only available on the 6th.

Yes, though it isn't necessary unless you have somewhere you need to be. The longest I've waited for a table is 15/20 min during their breakfast rush.
